About TRAVEX
The Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) component is a trade-only mart that showcases the world’s largest contingent of ASEAN destination products and services, and facilitates selling, buying and promoting the region internationally.
The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a cooperative regional effort to promote the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region as one tourist destination. This annual event involves all the tourism industry sectors of the 11 member nations of ASEAN: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Viet Nam.
Each year, the hosting of ATF is rotated among the member countries since it’s inauguration in Malaysia in 1981.
As the annual convention of the ASEAN tourism industry, ATF promotes the exchange of ideas, review of industry developments and joint formulation of recommendations to further accelerate the growth of ASEAN tourism.

Submission of application is not a confirmation of hosting. All registrations are subject to validation and approval by the TRAVEX Secretariat and Host Committee. A non-refundable Commitment Fee is payable for all approved buyers.

Registration Notes

- Minimum order of 1 TRAVEX Booth and 1 Full Delegate is required.

- Co-Delegate fee applies to the subsequent person

- A late registration fee of US$135 will be chargeable on each booth application on 1 Dec 2026 onwards.
Members refers to any of the following:
Cancellation, Substitution, Lost and Refund
Cancellation and delegate substitution requests must be made in writing by letter, facsimile or e-mail to the ATF 2027 TRAVEX Secretariat. The following administrative fees apply:

- Booth Cancellations: USD$ 170 per booth by 27 October 2026 (Inclusive). Thereafter, 100% of the invoiced amount applies.

- Full / Co-Delegate Cancellations: USD$ 85 per delegate by 27 October 2026 (Inclusive). Thereafter, 100% of the respective badge price applies.

- No refund will be granted for any cancellations after 27 October 2026. All refunds will only be remitted after ATF 2027.

- Full / Co-Delegate substitutions: USD$ 60 will be charged for every substitution made for a Full Delegate or Co-Delegate if notification is received after 1 December 2026.

- Lost badges: To be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$150.

Interested and eligible members of the media are welcome to register for the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2027 Semi-Hosted Media Programme. Successful applicants will enjoy the following benefits:
Deliverable as Semi-Hosted Media
Semi-Hosted Media are required to attend key ATF 2027 media events and fulfil the following deliverables:
- Attend minimum of 7 media briefings by ASEAN member states
- Attend the Tourism Ministers Press Conference
- Produce 2 pre-event and 1 post-event coverages
- Publish a minimum of 5 social media posts related to ATF 2027
- Produce coverage of the pre-event and post-event tours of the visited destination
